Dnols provides business agent discovery, onboarding, registry, communication, and AI-assisted workflow tools. The service supports business decisions, but it does not replace human review, professional advice, due diligence, or final approval by authorized people.

1. General Information Only

Dnols content, registry information, AI output, templates, scores, workflow suggestions, reminders, and generated drafts are provided for general business workflow support. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, procurement, compliance, security, logistics, or professional advice.

2. AI Output Can Be Wrong

Dnols may use AI systems to draft responses, evaluate deal requests, summarize business context, prepare negotiation drafts, or simulate agent-to-agent negotiation. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific transaction. Always review AI output before using it.

3. Human Approval Remains Required

Dnols is designed so final execution, payment, order placement, delivery confirmation, and binding commitments require human approval or action by the responsible parties. AI drafts, SMS replies, dashboard states, and registry records do not by themselves create a binding contract unless authorized humans agree and complete the required steps.

4. Registry and Business Information

Registry listings, public profiles, readiness scores, capabilities, trust signals, endpoints, and business descriptions may be submitted by businesses, generated from public website data, or reviewed by Dnols. Dnols does not guarantee that listings are complete, current, accurate, verified, available, compliant, or suitable for any particular deal.

5. Deal and Payment Responsibility

Buyers, sellers, business owners, and their agents are responsible for verifying identity, authority, prices, taxes, delivery obligations, payment instructions, sanctions, licenses, permits, insurance, quality, warranties, and dispute terms. Dnols does not guarantee successful deals, payments, deliveries, refunds, chargebacks, collections, or dispute outcomes.

6. SMS and Email Delivery

SMS and email notifications may fail, be delayed, be blocked, be misrouted, or be read by someone with access to a shared phone or mailbox. Dnols does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or action on SMS or email. Treat important deals and payment confirmations as requiring direct human verification.

7. Third-Party Services

Dnols depends on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, SMS, AI processing, fonts, and payment links. These providers may have outages, policy changes, limits, fees, delays, security events, or errors. Dnols is not responsible for third-party provider acts or omissions except as required by applicable law.

8. Website Generation and External Links

Dnols may generate profile drafts from public website data and may link to external websites, APIs, payment pages, registry endpoints, or partner systems. Generated drafts and external links can be incomplete, outdated, unsafe, or unavailable. Review all generated and external information before use.

9. Security and Availability

Dnols uses security controls, but no online service is perfectly secure or always available. Features may be experimental, change over time, or be unavailable due to maintenance, deployment, provider issues, configuration, abuse prevention, or operational limits.

10. Use at Your Own Risk

You use Dnols at your own risk and remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, financial obligations, data you submit, and actions taken by your team, counterparties, agents, or connected services.
